PRSI Ahmedabad chapter organised a workshop on ‘Writing for Public Relations’. Writing is the most powerful tool to communicate in the PR industry. Professor Shyam Parekh, a veteran journalist and educator, facilitated the workshop. Students, communications consultants as well as PR industry professionals gained useful insights on communicating with media professionals. Mr Parekh encouraged members to think in terms of stories, on what really makes news while drafting media communication and press releases. 

The session was organised in association with HB Institute of Communication and Management (Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan) and supported by Shree Vinayak Kelavani Mandal, Bhavnagar.
